FAQ for Supporters

Are you supporting a cause currently?

  • What do I do after I sign up?

    After you click the submit button on the sign up form, you can click the “Start Giving Feedback!” button. Additionally, you will receive an email and/or text message (depending on the contact preference that you chose) containing your personalized feedback link to generate funding for your cause.


    Once you’ve hit the link, you can choose ANY brand and share about ANY experience you have had in the last six months. Select the brand by searching for it in the search bar, or find it by category. 


    After you’ve found a brand, provide your opinion using our simple and fun, emoji-based system - it only takes about 60-90 seconds.  Please only submit honest feedback on actual experiences you’ve had – this allows us to create the most trusted insights anywhere for our clients.   


    Repeat this process on a variety of companies to create more impact for your cause! Throughout the program, you’ll receive email and/or text reminders to do so.

  • I signed up but I can’t find my welcome email and/or text. What should I do?

    Sometimes, our emails are filtered into promotional, spam, junk or other folders, so we would recommend checking these and/or adding : causes@hundredxinc.com  to your contacts to avoid this issue. All of the reminder texts will come from the number 90412. You can add 90412 to your contacts as HundredX if that is helpful as well. 


    The first email you receive will come from causes-support@hundredxinc.com, but all emails thereafter will be from causes@hundredxinc.com.

  • How do I start creating value for my cause?

    After you receive your first email and/or text, you can click on the link present in either option to start giving feedback. That link will take you to your personalized giving feedback page, where you can pick companies and brands to share your opinions on. Each piece of qualifying feedback you share helps support your cause!

  • I’ve shared my opinions. How do I know how many pieces of feedback I’ve given?

    When you click on the link to give feedback in a reminder text or email, you will be brought to your personalized giving feedback page where you can either search for a brand or find it in one of the categories. The feedback count at the top of the page will contain your current number of pieces of feedback submitted. You can also find your feedback count in occasional reminder messages (emails or texts) we send during the program.

  • How will I know if I have reached the maximum?  

    You will receive an email and/or text to notify you. Please be sure to check spam, promotional, or junk folders in your email. You can also check by examining the feedback count at the top of the main feedback page (this is where you choose the companies you want to give feedback on). Once you have reached your maximum, you will no longer receive email reminders.

  • How do I invite others to participate in the cause I'm supporting?

    We encourage you to invite your network to provide feedback to support your cause! After you share a piece of feedback, you can click on the “Invite Your Friends” button to send the sign up link to your friends and family. You can also have them utilize the text code for your campaign (i.e. text GOOD to 90412) at any time throughout the program!


    Please DO NOT forward your personal reminder emails or texts from HundredX, as those contain your personalized feedback link.


    Participants must be 18 years or older and living in the United States.

  • Can friends and family outside of the U.S. participate in the program?

    Currently, only people 18 years and older in the United States can participate in HundredX Causes programs.

  • Can I participate in Spanish?

    Most of our programs are available in Spanish. When you sign up for the program, you can toggle at the bottom of the window to the Spanish language. If you did not sign up in Spanish, then you can still share feedback in Spanish by clicking on your personal link and using the toggle at the bottom of the page to swap to sharing feedback in Spanish. 

  • What do you do with my personal information? 

    HundredX is fully committed to maintaining your confidential information. We DO NOT share any personal information with external parties, send advertisements or offers, or ask you to purchase any product. We also do not share your personal information (e.g., name and/or email address) with the cause that you are supporting or the organization through which you are participating without your consent, which you can elect to provide (or withhold) at sign-up.

  • How can I opt-out of the program? 

    If you would like to unsubscribe from email reminders, you can hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any one of our emails. If you want to unsubscribe from text reminders, you are able to reply “STOP” at any time. If you do opt-out, the feedback you provided before opting out will still create value for the organization you signed up to support. 

  • How many HundredX Causes programs can I participate in?

    A supporter may participate in multiple HXC programs supporting different organizations, not to exceed a maximum of 75 pieces of Eligible Feedback submitted in a 12-month period across all programs. 

  • What does the green check mark mean next to the brand?

    The green check mark indicates a brand on which you have given feedback either (i) during the current program, or (ii) during a previous  program that you participated in within the last 12 months. We track over 3,000 companies and brands so you have plenty of other options to choose from!

FAQ for Nonprofits

Have a question about HundredX Causes and how the program works?

  • How much does it cost for our organization to participate in a HundredX Causes™ campaign?

    There is not a cost associated with participating in a HundredX Causes campaign nor is there a minimum feedback requirement your organization must meet to receive funding.

  • What are our next steps after signing our contract?

    After signing your contract, you will need to provide your W9 and access the HundredX Causes Toolkit™ to begin planning how you will run a successful program.

  • How can I access the HundredX Causes Toolkit™ ?

    As a program organizer, you can register for the HundredX Causes Toolkit™ here. It may take a couple of days for you to be approved for access. You can have up to three other individuals access the toolkit for your organization. 

  • Can I change my HundredX Causes Toolkit™password?

    When you are in the Toolkit, you can change your password by clicking on the Member Menu, clicking on the “Your Account” button, and then clicking the link to “Change Your Password.” If you are having trouble accessing the Toolkit, then you can reset your password.

  • How soon can we expect to receive the payment from our program?

    Once your program concludes, the HundredX will perform a final data quality check and finalize your program feedback count.  If you have submitted all the required information to receive a payment from HundredX, your organization will receive payment within 60 days of your program end date.


  • My organization would like to run another program with HundredX Causes™

    Pending availability and HundredX data needs, causes are eligible to run a HundredX Causes™ campaign once every twelve months. We are able to write contracts no sooner than six months before a program start date. If you are interested in running another program with us, please fill out this renewal form. 

  • How do I introduce an organization to HundredX Causes™?

    Please have the organization fill out this interest form to receive next steps and information.
