Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Development Manager to join our HundredX Causes team. HundredX Causes is a first of its kind program that allows non-profit organizations to generate significant funding that is provided by HundredX through our innovative “give without spending” data model.
HundredX Causes works with a variety of diverse charitable causes, including health/social services, schools, arts & culture, youth sports and scholarship programs, among many others. This role represents a unique opportunity to cultivate relationships across the non-profit sector while playing a role in the development of HundredX Causes programs. You’ll be helping facilitate millions of dollars going to worthy causes through our innovative funding platform!
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and inform nonprofits and cause relationships about the HundredX Causes program.
- Build and improve long-term relationships with cause partners, strategic alliances, and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and uncover potential opportunities, relationships and cause partnerships and schedule campaigns in accordance with current data needs and projections.
- Manage CRM system
- Serve as HundredX Causes relationship lead and primary point of contact for causes in specific sectors
- Develop and deploy HundredX Causes programs, including program plans, milestones, marketing & communication strategies, and other related parameters – be the driving force behind turning strategy in reality
- Coordinate and collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholder groups at HundredX to ensure that HundredX Causes programs are executed in a timely, accurate manner
- Develops and implements recruiting and onboarding strategies to attract causes from diverse geographies
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, operations or related fields.
- 5-7 years of analytical experience, preferably knowing how to build models from initial concept through execution.
- Must have excellent Excel skills including being able to work with formulas, perform V-lookups, sorting, pivot tables, etc.
- Ability to link diverse data sets to provide seamless views.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience analyzing large sets to reach conclusions that are presented to managers and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Though not required, experience working in a budgeting, financial planning & analysis or operations role is a plus.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce.com is a plus.
