HundredX Causes Senior Associate

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our HundredX Causes (“HXC”) team . HXC is a first of its kind program that allows non-profit organizations to generate significant funding. When supporters of non-profits provide feedback on the businesses they use every day, we pay the non-profit. HundredX has paid over $16mm to 1,000+ organizations, all facilitated by the HXC team.

The role represents a unique opportunity to cultivate relationships across the non-profit sector. Through your contributions to the success and development of our HundredX CausesTM programs, you will help worthy causes generate millions of dollars of support. You will also help without them having to do typical fundraising!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with nonprofit organizations to help design and implement successful HundredX Causes data collection programs, to generate financial support for the non-profit
• Configure the technical user experience for programs using HundredX’s proprietary platform
• Present and lead launch calls and pre-campaign meetings with non-profits
• Advise participants in order to maximize their program’s success
• Analyze and review program performance; identify target metrics for improvement
• Design materials for nonprofit organizations to utilize on social media and within their networks to promote sign ups for HXC program
• Outline + design communications from HundredX Causes to program participants
• Communicate with nonprofits, public and private foundations, and the members of the general public about HundredX’s program strategies, guidelines, and processes.
• Monitor and respond to inbound requests and inquiries from program participants and nonprofit leaders
• Help design and implement product and process improvements to help the HundredX Causes Team grow and scale
• Other duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in a customer-facing, project oriented experience
• Strong technical acumen and demonstrated ability to pick up technology quickly
• Forward-thinking; has an ability to infer and understand business implications of key decisions during projects; effectively weighs cost/benefit and opportunity cost
• Takes a proactive approach to solving problems
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, tact, and a track record of success with customer-facing roles
• Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multi-task during the course of a business day; you think quickly on your feet and make smart decisions to protect the interests of the company (which includes knowing when to ask for help or escalate)
• Ability to facilitate conversations with external partners with ease and professionalism
• Ability to manage the details of multiple complex processes and track activities and outcomes to successful conclusion; ability to adhere to deadlines
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a remote environment
• Familiarity with nonprofit and/or philanthropic community desired
