Role Summary

At HundredX, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing Sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to source and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDR candidates have a strong understanding of the sales process where they excel at researching leads, foster new relationships, and set our sales closers up for success.  You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.  Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet customer needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
  • Establish effective sales development strategies to build and manage a pipeline of prospects utilizing outbound sales practices and technologies
  • Prospect and set meetings for the Business Development executives aligned to specific industries by making outbound sales calls, sending e-mails, and utilizing social media platforms like LinkedIn
  • Support the success of marketing-sponsored in-person and virtual events including pre-event promotion to drive attendance and post-event follow-up to engage and qualify prospects for sales
  • Support messaging and SDR enablement materials to drive effective, persona-based outreach and technology utilization that results in improved conversion rates
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Update, maintain, and own reporting tools such as CRM and other Sales Enablement Technology, to ensure accurate pipeline management
  • Communicate SDR sales plans regularly with key stakeholders and establish and report to the Sales Director with weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI results


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS company in a SDR Role
  • Strong foundation with SDR processes and KPIs
  • Highly motivated, meticulously organized, driven, and with proven success in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
  • Self-starter who works well under pressure while managing and prioritizing multiple sales campaigns at once
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and ability to evaluate and quickly learn new technologies
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentational, and conversational skills
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
